The University invites creative professionals from high school and college students to professors and academicians and even Nobel Prize winners to study without examination and competition. Some of the latter also have something to learn from us, because UNIVERSITY not only gives the most advanced knowledge, which the reader will not find in any University in the world: in theoretical physics, world economy, ecology, invention, in which, in ALL of them, since the end of the 20th century there is a complete stagnation and deadlock, but also gives topics for scientific (theoretical and experimental) research.
This knowledge cannot be found either in official science, or in old theories such as: Marxist economic theory, Case’s economic theory, or in perverted physical theories such as the theory of relativity, the presence of mole holes, string theory, parallel worlds, time travel, etc., etc., and even in classical theories of the 20th century. IN OUR UNIVERSITY YOU WILL KNOW: at the faculty of theoretical physics, what is the electric charge of an elementary particle, what is a magnetic field, at the economic and political faculties – how to radically improve the work of the state, international organizations and much more, which you will not find anywhere else (institute, university, website)
Virtually all of the innovative technology and engineering of the early 21st century hinges on inventions and discoveries prior to the 1960s of the 20th century:
- mobile, computing and digital technology,
- particle gas pedals and nuclear technology,
- genetic and nanotechnology, and several others.
This stagnation in many branches of science and technology is what prompted the Rector to create the University, an e-university, as the most mobile and accessible to a wide range of readers.
The correct understanding of the main culprit of the impending ecological catastrophe, promising ideas for a thousand years ahead and promising ideas of inventions in space, computing, thermonuclear and other technology and MULTIPLE other things the reader can learn in our University, the University of MENIU, and nowhere else.
All lectures are compiled by the Rector of the University and are based largely on his published and unpublished monographs and inventions, unless otherwise noted.
Having familiarized himself with any lecture, even – with one, in any department, the reader-student (graduate student, professor, scientific laureate, etc.) will be able to make his contribution to science and invention and above all: mathematical, experimental and inventive, and to promote them, many of which will be needed for hundreds, or even thousands of years for creation and application.
For this purpose in lectures directions for new scientific works are indicated, including and mainly – in mathematical and practical researches and experiments, as for example: determination of radius of the spiral of motion of elementary particles around the axis of the direction of their motion or the way of fixing the maximum radius of rotation of the electron around the center of the nucleus for creation of quantum-electron computor, which still cannot be created because of ignorance, given only in our university, ignorance of the rotational-neutrino theory in physics.
And these directions in science and experiments are not likely to be found in other universities and research institutes (NII).
These researches (both theoretical and experimental), as well as our theoretical ones, will definitely be worthy of any scientific prizes, including Nobel prizes. And most importantly, THIS RESEARCH can be carried out independently, without working in a research institute, but on the contrary, selling their scientific research for testing in research institutes: their theoretical results for conducting experiments in research institutes and creating new samples of techniques and technologies in industrial firms.
1. Faculty of New Theoretical Physics
Since the 20s of the 21st century among theoretical physicists scientists began to talk about the need to create a New Theoretical Physics, because classical physics can not answer any essential question of theoretical physics.
But the Foundations of New Theoretical Physics were developed by the Rector of MENIU and published back at the beginning of the 21st century. The first monograph book was published back in 2002 and during the first decade of the 21st century – several more monographs. And this is one of the main reasons for the creation of MENIU.
Practically already 50 years Theoretical physics is in a deadlock: it cannot explain the essence of any physical phenomenon, but only fixes with the help of experiments various physical phenomena. Even the experimental discovery of electron and proton neutrinos (tau-neutrinos) did not help to create New Theoretical Physics on the basis of classical physics and explain the essence of experimentally observed phenomena, and even more so the nature of gravitation, mass, black holes, so-called dark energy and matter, and even such a simple phenomenon as the essence of the mechanism of the electric charge of elementary particles and the mechanism of its interaction, etc. etc..
But the Foundations of New Theoretical Physics
We will explain all this in our lectures on the basis of the Theory of Neutrino Ether Vortices (TNET) and will give the graduates of MENIU PERSPECTIVE directions for theoretical and practical research.heoretical Physics to the reader it will not be difficult to understand.
So, for example, since scientists and designers do not know the RET, it is still impossible (also for 50 years) to realize controlled thermonuclear fusion.
In scientific works and at the Faculty, on the basis of the Theory of Neutrino Ether Vortices (TNET), developed by the Rector of the University, the BASIS of New Theoretical Physics is created. Students of the University are trained to understand the essence of any physical phenomenon, which even any Nobel Prize winner will not do and even they have something to learn from us and help not only the University, but also the realization of many hitherto unfeasible technologies and practical tasks.
This can not be understood with the help of Classical Physics of the 20th century: wave theory, quantum physics, theory of relativity and others, which at best and mainly due to experiments and experiments, show the phenomenon, but can not explain its essence and the reasons for its manifestation.
Without New Theoretical Physics there will be no further progress in science and technology, in any branch, which now mainly develop on the basis of trials and experiments and only in the field of biology, medicine and digital technology GOES PROGRESS, which will develop even faster, if they will be mastered RET, shown in our lectures.
In the lectures, unfortunately very briefly and in general, the untenability of new-fashioned, stupid and perverted theories such as: string theory, parallel worlds, etc., etc., is revealed. But, having mastered the New Theoretical Physics, it will not be difficult for the reader to understand it by himself.

At this faculty political scientists and economists are trained to master and implement the New World Economic Policy and consideration of economic laws, using examples and criticism of the existing World Financial-Economic System (MFES), showing its inadequacy and measures to overcome the current world economic deadlock.
For this purpose, the shortcomings of the main world economic theories are considered and analyzed: Marxist economic theory, Case theory and others and the actual action of the main economic laws in the super industrial society is considered.
The faculty also studies the necessary world economic activities necessary for the creation of civilized harmonious economic relations, both in the world economy and in specific states, for the harmonious evolutionary development of both a particular society and the world civilization.
On the example of the world’s outstanding inventions, including the rector of the University, the author of lectures on ecology, at the faculty students are taught the necessary ecological, economic and political measures to save the Earth from the ecological catastrophe that has begun on it, leading to the death of mankind.
The present ecological situation leads mankind to its unnameable death because: our lands, rivers, lakes, seas and oceans, air, agricultural products and vegetation are completely poisoned, thousands of animal species disappear every year. And the world authorities do not know and do not want to do anything real.
On lectures the main dangerous emission of hydrocarbon fuel combustion, which is not carbon dioxide (CO2), is defined, and also, what it is necessary to do, that would not allow the GENERAL harmful emission and ecological catastrophe.
The faculty is trained in ecology, capable of introducing a New Environmental Policy, aimed at introducing environmental measures that radically improve the protection of nature and man.
On the example of the world’s outstanding inventions, including the rector in OUR LECTURES are given: what should be urgently done and in the policy to save mankind from the impending ECOLOGICAL CATASTROPHE and the death of mankind.
The faculty teaches readers new methods, technologies and promising inventions and rationalization proposals (know-how) in the field of ecology and new principles of ecological turnover in nature to save the Earth, the most important ecological calculations of the author of the lectures are given
4. Faculty of New World Politics
The current world politics: the domination of American financial systems and banks and their large international corporations, the sadism of American “democracy”, the racism of the US ruling circles and the NEOCOLONIALISM of American and Western European countries in the world lead to the death of humanity. POLITOLOGISTS are trained at this faculty to PREVENT the dead-end (ruinous) development of the modern world community and how to direct the evolution of the development of the modern world in a civilized direction, the table of calculation of the level of democracy in any country is given, according to which nowadays ALL COUNTRIES OF THE WORLD HAVE NO DEMOCRACY AND ONLY NINE COUNTRIES Barely TIGHTEN IN DEMOCRACY to a C-minus (poorly satisfactory).
By the beginning of the 30s of the 21st century the world disorder will be even more intensified and will pass into an irreversible process, which can be corrected by urgent measures, or it may be impossible, about which more in detail see the lectures of this faculty.
5. Faculty of Advanced Invention
The faculty introduces readers to promising ideas for future inventions in all fields and to the principles of invention in every field.
The lectures contain materials and ideas, with the help of which the most thinking scientists and inventors will be able to invent and make fundamentally new computers with a speed a million times faster than that of modern computers, a space plane, which can not be made on Earth for more than 50 years no leading country in the world, fuel-free space jet engines, only on which it may be possible to fly in the future to another star, ideas and theories of creating an artificial biological robot and even a human being, created in the future.
True, for this purpose it will be necessary for science, technics and biology to develop not one hundred years. But every MENU graduate can do all this now.

The University is organized and created by its Rector.
The Rector was also forced to create an electronic University:
- stagnation in the field of theoretical physics and absolutely unacceptable bureaucracy in science (only near the scientific journal “Science” there are about 2 thousand intermediate parasite firms, which only for registration of the sent article demand payment of 100 dollars).
- impossibility to print scientific theories different from classical physics in scientific journals all over the world, especially in CIS countries, including the Russian Federation,
- impossibility to print articles in foreign journals because of high cost: for registration of an article in foreign journals it is necessary to pay unknown firms, and for review of a scientific article possessing world novelty – not less than 1000 dollars,
- stagnation in the field of thermonuclear energy, nano-technology, quantum-electronic computing, jet technology and in most other fields,
- the poor and unfair situation of the main driving force of society: scientists, inventors and designers, both in any country and in general, in the world, and what should be done to change it,
- awarding even Nobel Prizes to ABSOLUTELY BAD “scientists”, like Higgs, for example, for the non-existent Higgs particle, “Higgson”.
- not only the ecological world problems leading to the death of the Earth’s nature and mankind, but also the impropriety of the miserably applied measures in this field,
the actual ECONOMIC and POLITICAL movement of modern “civilization” towards its demise,
It is considered that the reader of the University has passed the exam and graduated from our University if he/she has done one of the conditions:
- created a theory, made a discovery or an invention, cardinally influencing scientific and technological progress and evolution of the Earth civilization on the basis of the ideas of the Unversity,
- sent at least one lecture to the University, which will be placed in one of its faculties,
- put into practice one of the ideas of the University and put it into a lecture of the Unversity,
- made an invention or prototype on one of the University’s ideas or contributed a lecture or description to a relevant faculty.

Graduated from a technical university, economic postgraduate studies and a thesis in economics.
