The University is invited to study without an exam and a competition of creative professionals: from high school students to professors and academics, and even Nobel Prize winners. Some of them also have something to learn from us, BECAUSE THE UNIVERSITY GIVES THE MOST ADVANCED KNOWLEDGE, which the reader will not find in any University of the World: in theoretical physics, world economy, ecology and politics, as well as — in perspective invention, in all of which the end of the 20th century there is a complete stagnation and a dead end.
This knowledge cannot be found either in official science or in old theories of the type: Marxist economic theory, Case’s economic theory, or in perverted physical theories such as the theory of relativity, the presence of mole holes, string theory, parallel worlds, time travel, etc. etc., and even in classical theories of the 20th century.
Almost all the innovative technology and technology of the beginning of the 21st century rests on the inventions and discoveries of the 60s of the 20th century:
— mobile computing and digital technology
— particle accelerators and nuclear technology,
— gene and new engineering and some others.
This stagnation in many branches of science and technology prompted the rector to create the University, an electronic university, as the most mobile and accessible to a wide circle of readers.
A correct understanding of the main culprit of the impending ecological catastrophe, promising ideas for a thousand years ahead and inventions in space, computing, thermonuclear and other technology and MANY other readers can learn at our university, the University of MEZOU, and nowhere else.
All lectures were compiled by the Rector of the University and mainly on the basis of his published and unpublished monographs and inventions, unless otherwise indicated.
Having become acquainted with any lecture, even — with one, at any faculty, a reader-student (graduate student, professor, scientific laureate, etc.) will be able to contribute to science and invention, and above all: mathematical, experimental and inventive, and promote them for hundreds, or even thousands of years, to create and use. To do this, the directions for new scientific works are indicated in the lectures, including mainly in practical research and experiments: such as: determining the radius of a spiral of elementary particles around the axis of the direction of its motion or the method of fixing the maximum radius of rotation of an electron around the center of the nucleus to create a quantum -electronic computer, which still cannot be created due to ignorance given only at our university, ignorance of rotational-neutrino theory in physics.
And these areas in science and experiments are unlikely to be found in other universities and research institutes (research institutes).
These studies (both theoretical and experimental), as well as our theoretical ones, will be surely worthy of any scientific prizes, including the Nobel Prizes. And most importantly, THESE RESEARCH can be carried out independently, without working in a research institute, and vice versa, selling their scientific research for testing at a research institute: their theoretical results for conducting experiments in a research institute and creating new models of equipment and technologies in industrial firms.

Practically for 50 years, theoretical physics has been at a dead end: it can not explain the essence of any physical phenomenon, but only captures various physical phenomena with the help of experiments. Even the experimental discovery of electron and proton neutrinos (tau neutrinos) did not help create New Theoretical Physics based on classical physics and explain the essence of experimentally observed phenomena, and even more so the nature of gravity, mass, black holes, dark energy, and even such a simple phenomenon as electric charge of elementary particles and the mechanism of its occurrence, etc. and the like. We will explain all this in our lectures based on the Theory of Vortexes of the Neutritic Ether (TVNE).
Since there is no corresponding theory, until now, (also already 50 years old), it is not possible to carry out controlled thermonuclear fusion.
In scientific works and at the faculty, on the basis of the Theory of Vortexes of the Neutrino Ether (TVNE), developed by the University Rector, CREATED A BASIS of New Theoretical Physics, University students are taught to understand the essence of any physical phenomenon, which even any Nobel Prize winner and even learn from us and help the university.

In the lectures, unfortunately, very briefly and in general, the inconsistency of new-fangled, stupid and perverted theories of the type is revealed: string theories, parallel worlds, etc., etc., but having mastered the New Theoretical Physics to the reader it will not be difficult to understand.

At this faculty, political scientists and economists are being trained for the IMPLEMENTATION and implementation of the New World Economic Policy and the consideration of economic laws, by examples and criticism of the existing World Financial and Economic System (MFES), its inconsistency and measures to overcome the current world economic impasse are shown.
For this, the shortcomings of the main world economic theories are examined and analyzed: Marxist economic theory, Case theory and others, and the actual operation of the main economic laws in superindustrial society is considered.
The faculty also studies the necessary world economic measures necessary for creating civilized harmonious economic relations both in the world economy and in specific states, for harmonious evolutionary development, both individually in a particular society and in world civilization.

On the example of world outstanding inventions, incl. and the Rector of the University, the author of lectures on ecology, at the faculty are studying the necessary measures to save the Earth from the environmental catastrophe that began there, leading to the death of mankind. The modern ecological situation leads humanity to its irreducible death: our lands, rivers, lakes, seas and oceans, air, agricultural products and vegetation are completely poisoned, thousands of animal species annually disappear.
The lectures identified the main hazardous emission of hydrocarbon fuel combustion, which is not carbon dioxide (CO2), what needs to be done to prevent the MAJOR harmful emissions and environmental catastrophe.
The faculty is studying ecology, capable of introducing a New environmental policy aimed at introducing environmental measures that radically improve the protection of nature and man.
On the example of world outstanding inventions, incl. and rector
IN OUR LECTURES, IT IS GIVEN: what must be urgently done in politics to save humanity from the oncoming ECOLOGICAL CATHOSTROPHY and the death of humanity.
At the faculty, readers are taught new methods, technologies, and promising inventions and rationalization proposals (know-how) in the field of ecology and new principles of environmental circulation in nature to save the Earth, the most important environmental calculations of the author of the lectures are given.
