LECTURE 1. The development of mankind over the past 150 years

Now, in a relatively short period of time within 5–10 years or one life, it was possible to get rich, for this it was necessary only to introduce machines and machines. Thus, the economic climate has changed dramatically in comparison with the way of life and the economic situation of the past fifteen hundred years of the feudal system.
Those who craved money, fame, who were intelligent, arrogant, knew how to organize, inspire, lie,
eceive, steal, evade taxes, etc., had a prospect, that is, people needed a completely different psychology than a quiet, God-fearing, simple and honest man of the middle ages.
There were such people, there were not very many of them, but they differed sharply from others: titanic industriousness, thirst for money or fame, or both, and this, with unlimited stinginess and even incredible greed. At the same time, the overwhelming part of them did not possess high moral Christian qualities. Thirst for money and fame overwhelmed a certain part of people, very different from the other.
The rest, in order not to die of hunger, were compelled to submit to such a way of life: capital gaining maximum profit. And on this way, capital did not stop at nothing: cutting off the ears of the unemployed in England, exterminating American Indians and seizing their lands, seizing people from Africa and turning them into slaves on American plantations, cruel reprisals of bogs in India, the appearance of the first concentration camps on the exploitation of child labor in factories and plants, colonialism and neo-colonialism, the unleashing of the bloody first and second world wars, etc. etc.
Modern capital is trying to keep silent about its true nature of its origin (appearance, birth, and accumulation of initial capital): the merciless exploitation of its people and the robbery of colonies, but history does not forget this. They can be considered mutants compared with the entire average gray mass. And they got down to business and advanced the technique, then the economy, and then the lifestyle of all the strata.
The gasoline engine required a lot of gasoline, which meant that oil production grew on a cosmic scale. Compared to medieval energy carriers, the engine gave the strongest economic effect, the ability to transport on any scale, any transport, which means it gave not just means for subsistence (there were enough of them before), but the opportunity to get rich in any industry, therefore, about the consequences of its influence and CHP no one thought. And there were such as: Siemens, Edison, Rockefeller, Nobel and a thousand others who have advanced the economy, while very rich.
The fact that earlier even kings could accumulate only for the whole life, and bankers for several generations, now it was possible – in 5 years, having introduced some kind of innovation into production.
Such wealth and capital appeared, which compared with them, even the wealth of the Persian kings faded.
There is no doubt that for their time they were mutants and most adapted to the new natural-economic climate compared to others, since a normal person did not need as much fame, money and wealth as they did in just 20 years.
Thus, the economic climate drastically changed by the beginning of the 20th century caused the growth of wealth in those people who wanted them in exorbitant quantities. This economic system worked for a whole century, involving more and more people, nations, countries and all of humanity.
And this empire of people (mutants who are most adapted to new economic conditions) began to dominate in all spheres of human life, and people and their cars began to dominate in nature, like dinosaurs in their time.
In their time, the people moved from the patriarchal Neanderthals of the ancient man to the matriarchy of the Cro-Magnon (modern man), from the matriarchy the modern man passed to the
patriarchate of the aristocracy (kings, kings, etc.), and from him in the 20th century – to the domination of impersonal capital and maximum profit, i.e. the domination of free funds for the development of production. And the change came with a sharp change in economic conditions.
By the end of the 20th century – the beginning of the 21st century, this economic system reached its apogee, but it became destructive both for the ecology of the Earth, and for the psyche and health of people.
While some children, having just been born and doing nothing, receive millions of profits daily, they don’t touch a finger, because they don’t even know how to move them (yachts, mines, airplanes), while others, and many millions, having been born they die from inhuman conditions, and then from poverty and poor people, because they don’t even have a chance to live hungry and suffer.
Hydrocarbons eventually end or become fantastically expensive in the 21st century, nature has approached its crisis pollution, but the mutants who dominated in the 19th and 20th centuries and their followers in the 21st century continue the same policy that will lead to the destruction of the Earth’s nature in the 21st century and all of humanity, the merciless exploitation of nature and people, for the sake of the wealth and power of a handful of mutants. They, like dinosaurs at one time, strenuously destroy nature and themselves, unaware of their imminent death, along with the ruined nature.
The economic climate has already changed and to wait for its drastic change (the crisis of energy production and the destruction of nature) means to lead to the death of earthlings or to a sharp reduction in its numbers and deterioration in the quality of nature and life. The time has come for the end of the cruel period of human development, which means the emergence of new mutants, who are faced with completely new challenges, than it has been until now.
Consider the main tasks facing humanity in the 21st century, and more precisely in its first half.
LECTURE 2.
Tasks of the world community in the 21st century.
a) In the field of nature conservation and production ecology
The main task is the transition to the development of solar energy, electrification of transport, especially urban, the suspension of the growth of large cities, the improvement of working conditions and housing in small towns.
Environmental restrictions common to all countries should be introduced: reducing the volume of oil tankers, developing systems for cleaning up oil and fighting forest fires and uncontrolled deforestation.
There must be strict economic conditions for the emission of harmful impurities and the recultivation of damaged lands. At the same time, all norms should be accepted by the UN and binding for all.
But one of the main and difficult tasks is the development of a strategy to limit consumption and the development of agricultural and industrial products.
If necessary, we must slow down the acceleration of technical progress: clean air is more important than
changing the computer more often than once every three years. it is possible to work with one computer for five years, and if necessary, even ten.
But the current large companies in the face of fierce competition are increasingly imposing various consumer goods on humanity.
To avoid this, it is necessary to reduce (mitigate) the competition, and for this it is necessary to prohibit the purchase of a ruined competitive firm and other activities that will be discussed below.
b) In agricultural production and consumption
The development of international quotas and their strict observance by all countries and firms, both on the natural catch and on agricultural production.
Natural wealth can no longer be in the undivided possession of individual countries, firms, human settlements or the more people:
– the development of food standards for each natural and economic zone and the introduction of quotas for agricultural production and environmental production for each country and export standards for them,
– world development of deserts, fallow lands, mountains,
– anti-globalization of international trade and reduction of production specialization,
– debureaucratization of the world elite: in politics, culture and reducing the cost of its content
– all-round propaganda of the harm of excess consumption: a normal person does not need a palace, etc., the more it is impossible to provide for each person,
– restriction of consumption in all areas,
– reduction of professional sports and the direction of these funds for the development of children’s sports (the introduction of a tax on the profits of professional sports, going to children’s sports sections)
– improving the protection of livestock and reducing (limiting) its volumes of housing, housing and production, as losses in livestock production, and, more recently, threats of human infection, have increased
– an increase in industrial production in developing countries, in non-residential areas and sparsely populated regions.
All this will lead to a decrease in production, improvement of its structure in the underdeveloped countries and extreme areas: in deserts, at the coastline, in the mountains, etc.
It is impossible to consider it normal: wear a dress or suit more than the average monthly salary, have dinner for that amount, have more than seven rooms per family to use (including common use), have more than two cars per family or person, and more. To do this, you must introduce a tax on excess (excess living space, car, land, etc.).
The maximum number of people in one family, according to psychologists, is seven people (together with housekeepers).
Thus, we considered that the maximum normal number of rooms for such a family (premises, including corridors, toilets, storage rooms, etc.) is 15.
Everything else is not only economic and environmental surplus, but also detrimental to the normal psyche, so it is necessary to impose higher taxes on these excesses.
All those proposals and norms are opposed by precisely those that govern economic and political processes:
– the world elite, including the UN, because she enjoys great privileges;
– the largest companies and their main shareholders, due to a decrease in production and their profits;
– part of developed countries, since there is more expensive food.
c) The action of the main world economic laws in modern civilization
Economic laws (or rather laws) operate depending on the economic relations that prevail in a given society (economic circle, space, interaction). And the latter depend, first of all, on the level of production, productive forces and economic relations to the ownership of the means and products of production. The level of production and productive forces dominate in the establishment of economic relations in a given society and determine secondary (political) economic relations. But a lot depends on the political system, i.e. from the power system.
So, if a certain part of people is in primitive communal relations, because the productive forces are primitive, then economic relations will be appropriate. If we consider large economic formations, then we can say that feudal economic relations corresponded to the feudal system; all production, distribution and consumption revolved around the feudal lord in the feudal circle.
When capitalist relations arose, i.e. the main economic category became free funds for the development of production (capital) – everything began to revolve around it.
When communist relations arose, all ownership of the means of production and distribution products became public (state) and they became paramount.
In the middle of the 19th century, K. Marx defined it as the law of correspondence of production (economic) relations to the character and level of productive forces.
Modern production of many mass and complex goods: household and radio and television equipment, automobiles requires intellectual labor of assemblers and related manufacturers.
The development of space and other large projects is very expensive and requires public (state) forms of production: state organizations, public funds for the benefit of society, etc.
The second factor affecting the laws in force is the attitude of property to the means of production (capital, machines, equipment, etc.) and products of labor (consumer goods and others).
Of crucial importance is the form of ownership, which largely depends on the history and political system, but at the same time it also has the objective factors determining it. What will be the form of ownership – these are the relations both within the production process and in the interaction between the individual producers in their social division of labor. The form of ownership has three sides that characterize it. This is a form of use, disposal, possession.
Ownership is the legal side of the form of ownership: if this property is owned by one person is private, if a group of people is collective, if it is a city, then it is municipal, if it is a state, then it is public.
Of great importance is who controls: the owner himself (or the representative of the owner, that is, the director), or the council: shareholders, founders, workers, workers and others, that is they are actually property owners.
The most important for the means of production is, and what is the form of use (consumption) of property: qualification and motives of use. If the new technology, technology, management, etc. used to reduce workers, they revolt, strike, and even break machines, as was the case in England in the 18th century with their mass introduction.
If they are aimed at increasing qualifications, reducing the intensity of labor and increasing income or earnings, they are skillfully used and progress in everything goes forward.
When all these forms, which characterize property, are combined and have no contradictions, differences and different forms, they move society forward. If not, then the society does not develop, or develops one-sidedly.
Such economic relations can be considered ideal when those who move the means of production dispose of the products of production. A classic example of this is farming. Due to the fact that it is possible to simultaneously use (set in motion) the means of production by one person (family) and own it – this is the most stable and still progressive form of private property in agriculture.
Thus, if the form of production is collective, and as such it is now in the vast majority of the world, i.e. team for the production of the car, etc., then in an ideal economic sense, this team should dispose of the products of their labor.
The now dominant collective form of production (enterprise, company, factory, etc.) also requires a collective form of management, otherwise workers of a collective enterprise who set in motion the means of production (machines, equipment, machines, etc.) will not be completely interested in the efficiency of their work.
And although modern ownership is formally collective (shareholder) in nature, in essence it is private, and in relation to large firms it is private-group, i.e. in essence, a group of people governs big capital, or even the whole country.
This is the main contradiction of modern civilization: the contradiction between collective productive forces and the non-collective form of their control (private or state).
At the beginning of its appearance, this contradiction moved production and the entire economy, but then it became its main brake. According to the result of their labor (product of labor), the team that creates the product of production is separated from the ownership of the results of their labor.
The contradiction between the dominant collective form of production and the essentially non-collective form of property, the appropriation of labor results and, most importantly, the non-collective form of ownership of the means and products of labor is the main economic contradiction of modernity for any country. For some countries, it is more characteristic, for others – less.
On the surface of the economic process, this basis acts as the law of obtaining maximum profit by any means, which cannot be considered the main development in the development of the only civilization in our Galaxy.
In many poorly organized and developing countries, the operation of this law leads to the merciless exploitation of the whole people, their poor standard of living, with the fabulous appropriation of wealth by individuals, clans, groups, classes, and immense damage to nature.
So in modern Russia the largest forests in the world (taiga) are mercilessly cut down, all the fish resources of the Caspian, Azov and other seas are damaged. This fate awaits the Far Eastern marine and forest resources. The United States is the main polluter in the world (one third of harmful issues into the atmosphere), but they do not want to sign the Kyoto agreement, as this will lead to additional costs in the mining, processing and manufacturing industries and a drop in profits or higher prices and reduced competitiveness in the global market.
Namely, these companies and clans are the main lobbying force in the government of the country.
But such actions by the US rulers lead to an acceleration of the greenhouse effect, as a result of which the ocean level rises and the US, especially New York, Orleans and other coastal cities, will also suffer. When the sea level rises by 1-2 meters (which is expected by the end of the 21st century), the subway in the New York metro will be flooded every 5–10 years, and a third of England, including London, New Orleans and other cities will incur high costs and damage can not resist the coastal dam of Holland.
Many other negative examples can be cited, such as: catastrophic deforestation in Madagascar and Indonesia and their export to developed countries, use as a fuel in their country and uneconomical agricultural production in cut forest areas.
Sustained a complete violation of ecology, not only in the delta of the Amazon and Congo rivers, but also in their headwaters, which are the only lungs of two continents.
Nowadays, the level of science and technology allows to move from the burning of gas and oil to solar energy. But they need large, practically global investments of all countries under one common leadership in order for this production to become profitable.
But international monopolies do not want to invest in the development of solar energy. Since now because of the cheapness of forests, water, gas and oil, they get big profits without it.
That’s when they destroy all the forests and have nothing to breathe, burn all the gas and gasoline, ruin the whole atmosphere and drinking water and increase the prices of these resources astronomically – only then it will be profitable for them to deal with this energy.
But normal, and even more so intelligent people who are ill for the future of our Earth, our civilization, our descendants and their children cannot and should not allow this to happen.
In addition, in order for every honest person to actually participate in governing in his own city, country, parliament, global political and economic changes are needed to save earthly civilization, and this can be done most simply through a radical improvement in the work of the UN.
Today, the level of science and technology is such that everyone in any country can be given a normal job, a normal life, health and happiness, but we have to fight for it, otherwise, as we (humanity) say, we don’t see any luck.
The main principle (economic law) should be such: an economic decision can be correct and promising if it optimally takes into account the economic interests of all people, groups, classes, strata, nations, concessions and countries involved in this economic process.

In order to establish politically such a mechanism so that the main principle of a progressive (ideal) society would work, it is necessary that all interested parties take part in its formation. In most cases this does not happen, as the ruling circles always put some restrictions: financial, ideological, religious, etc. and therefore all stakeholders cannot take part in the management.
Therefore, political laws, establish, as a rule, a narrow circle of public representatives and establish them in their own interests.
Consequently, even if there is power and knowledge in society, to establish “ideal” laws, they cannot, because they do not have the right, but those that they can or do not want, since they act only from their narrow corporate bell tower (interests).
Most countries of the world are parliamentary. But the trouble is that, as a rule, not all segments of the population are represented in them, but a narrow circle, which acts in the interests of its narrow circle.
And this is due to the fact that almost everywhere there are restrictions: party membership and the collection of signatures, and this requires a lot of money and it’s impossible for a normal person to get into the governing bodies and thus a large part of the population, and therefore public interests, are excluded from the management of society , election slogans remain on paper.
The omnipotence of the parties, i.e. A narrow circle of people expressing a narrow circle of public interests is the main brake on the positive development of political, and therefore economic and social, relations of our time.
In the administration, from the city hall to the UN, there should come people who know how to manage society correctly and most importantly they want it.
To do this, it is necessary to exclude money from the management process, so that all segments of the population expressing the entire spectrum of public, and not group, especially personal, interests are involved in this process.
At the level, especially of large firms, companies, banks, the law of conformity implies the existence of not only the Council of Shareholders or Founders, State Directors for state-owned firms, but also the Council of the enterprise, i.e. an elected body by direct secret voting only from those who work in this enterprise and who is the main governing body of the enterprise (company). Only simple workers, managers and employees who are not related to management functions should be elected to the Enterprise Council.
The rulers of any country should know: in order to increase the efficiency of production and especially management, it is necessary to stimulate an increase in ownership (stocks, shares, etc.) in the hands of the production team. The ideal case is when 51% of the capital is in the hands of workers directly working in the company. Then the management efficiency is increased several times.
For the so-called socialist states with a market system (China, Vietnam, Cuba and others), the strategic direction should not be privatization of state enterprises, but their denationalization, through their transfer into collective ownership (divisible or indivisible) of workers of an enterprise, company, or company. Such enterprises before and now are the most efficient in the economy (they exist in Sweden, Yugoslavia, the USA and other countries), because on them (or in them) the law of conformity of production (economic) relations to the character and level of development of productive forces at this stage is observed.
A striking example of the uncontrollability of joint-stock ownership can be a bribe in 2005 to 20 managers of a European firm as a buyer in the amount of up to 0.5 billion euros. For such funds you can upgrade any company, and not sell it. This happened because in most large firms, production teams creating a product of labor are completely separated from production management.
There is an opinion imposed by the current ruling economic structures that an effective market can only be in the presence of private property in the production and trade of goods. But this is sheer nonsense, because even with state (or public) ownership there can be an effective market. Examples of this are public land ownership in Holland, Sweden and efficient agriculture.
If there is a division of labor, i.e. goods, you can always build an effective market. It all depends on the political superstructure and their specialists.
On the contrary, with collective ownership, it is possible to establish not only an efficient and harmonious market, but also efficient production and fair distribution; this requires, among other things, a reduction in pressure and the competition of supergiant companies.
Here, the reader may ask: then why is it private property that has reached such heyday and terrifying proportions? Some individuals have capital and other property up to one billion dollars, and four US family clans (the Rockefellers, Dupont and others) own or control 80% of the capital of the USA and up to 50% of the capital of 50 largest countries of the world.
Naturally, these rich clans control all branches of government in the United States, their puppet countries, and many international organizations: the IMF, the WTO, the UN, and others.
First, the current forms of ownership have come out of their private form, and thanks to the mutants, it has reached that size. But its heyday has passed. Its further growth leads to a global economic, political and natural crisis. It has practically already begun and, if it is not stopped, then inevitably not only the death of these “dinosaurs”, but also everything else.
Having accumulated tremendous wealth and technological advantage, rich countries, companies and clans care about one thing: to increase and further maintain this advantage, using various methods of exploiting less developed countries and companies and using bribes, weapons and violence. Only a global crisis can stop them.
d) Energy and other problems.
The onset of the global crisis
Approximately half of the energy resources have already been mined and burned irrevocably for humanity. Of the remaining energy resources in nature (hydrocarbons), half is very difficult to produce and the cost of their production will grow steadily until it is an order of magnitude higher.
But burning hydrocarbons for energy needs is an irreparable loss for mankind, i.e., as D.I. Mendeleev, to burn oil, is the same as to burn with banknotes: to destroy your own work, besides – to cause tremendous damage to nature. After all, they can produce various very valuable products, including feeding products (at least for animals).
In the future, any organic matter can be made from hydrocarbons, including, as we noted earlier, biological robots. After all, the man himself is 99.99% composed of calcium and hydrocarbons with water.
Therefore, the value in itself of hydrocarbons is immeasurably higher than just energy, by burning which, in addition, we destroy the atmosphere in which we live and which is the basis of life on Earth. Nowhere else in the whole of our galaxy has a single planet even been found that would have slightly unique parameters that give life to our planet like our atmosphere.
And because of the “whim” of technical progress, on which only large companies and clans profit, the very basis of life on Earth is being destroyed.
There is no doubt that the energy and environmental crisis by the middle of the 21st century will put humanity on the brink of survival, as it was already more than once. And humanity will survive if there are people, like 75 thousand years ago, who are most prepared for a new natural economic and political climate, i.e. now they should have such properties that will help to adapt in advance to the coming global crisis of humanity, and best of all – to prevent it.
Consequently, in the present conditions they must have such properties of thinking, which, in essence, for the present conditions are abnormal. Not a struggle for personal existence and a kind, but an awareness of the coming global catastrophe for all of humanity, including for its descendants, countries and nations should be prevalent, i.e. in terms of biology – these must be mutants, i.e. people with genes absolutely different from the main genes of the existing gomosapiens sapiens (reasonable man of reasonable), and should be a reasonable person in advance (homo sapiens sapiens forverst). The presence of such genes in a certain part of people has a chance to emerge from the impending changes in the bioclimate while preserving both the person and the main part of the surrounding nature.
When by the middle of the 21st century, the oceans and seas will be so dirtied that there will be very little fish in them, not only for feeding people, but also for their reproduction, when one liter of gasoline will cost ten times more than it is now (i.e. 10 dollars per liter), and not only gasoline, but also any natural resources, when due to all this there will be dozens of wars on the whole Earth and even a nuclear war of superpowers may begin, then it will be too late.
Understanding people in advance (mutants) should prevent this. If by 2020, in the extreme case of 2030, humanity and, above all, its ruling circles do not understand this: a global crisis and even a catastrophe may be unavoidable.
The first human-like (Australopithecus) were no more than one meter tall, they lived in a herd and hunted with simple (natural) batons and stones on the plain.
With climate change (drought), arkhanthropists survived on the plain, who were pushed aside in the foothills (on the outskirts of primitive ecumene) and therefore were more adapted to the harsh conditions: from mountains to plains and rivers and stronger (harder to walk on the foothills). And they had to live longer, because there is less oxygen in the foothills, and as modern medicine shows, the less oxygen in the air, the less likely it is to get sick with cancer.
Therefore, starting from a million years ago and until the last icing, man lived and settled in the mountains (foothills) and even now the division of the languages of modern and famous peoples goes depending on the mountain inhabited now or in the past: Ural (Finno-Ugric), Altai ( Türko-Manjurites), Fergana (Samo-Indians), Balkans (Indo-Europeans), Carpathians (Balto-Slavs), Caucasus (Kartvelians), Alps (Celto-Dravidians), etc.
Growth they (arkhantropy) were higher than Australopithecus and therefore life began to depend on the strength and skill of men. Thus arose the patriarchy, i.e. the first community of people, different from the herd and having already the features of relationships that differ from animals. On the foothills, they settled to the Mediterranean Sea and Asia.
When they invented fire (about 350 thousand years ago), they began to be settled further north and reached northern Europe and Siberia (Fergana, Altai, Ural, Manchuria). Their European representatives (Neanderthals) were already growing up to 160 cm, very strong and strong, and they were dominated by hard patriarchy: men ate hunting food men ate first in their cave, then women picked up the remains and ate them in their cave, where they lived with their children separately.
When, about 75 thousand years ago, most people died out, the fittest survived, of which there were very few and their social structure, appearance (height, strength, dexterity, mental abilities) differed from the main part of people. Due to weaker physical data (no more than 135 cm in height), they survived due to matriarchy and, therefore, increased reproduction and multiplicity. In addition, they were distinguished by higher mental abilities and a more complex social system and God had one: a pregnant woman, a basis and continuer of the clan, i.e. progenitress of the race. As a rule, the ancestor of the clan was the first woman from whom the given clan (couple, family, clan, tribe) or woman was stolen by force from another tribe and gave new blood and new children for the clan.
Thus, the first system (social structure of human society) – the clan system.
Thus, we see that the economic conditions of human life (or natural for flora and fauna) caused a mutation for those living on the outskirts (under worse conditions), then with the onset of such worse conditions for all, those that lived in good conditions died out, and backyards survived because they had already adapted to the worst conditions and there were very few of them. Therefore, there are always very few transitional forms in nature and they are difficult to find now.

The beginning of the 21st century in human society can be compared with the period of domination of dinosaurs on Earth 160-60 million years ago.
Under the influence of climate change on Earth from the movement of the total land mass of the Earth (Pangea) and the formation of five new continents, the entire flora and fauna of the Earth evolved and progressed, the highest achievement of which was the complete kingdom of dinosaurs on earth, in the air and partly in water.
But further climate change, unfavorable for dinosaurs, from the continuation of the movement of the continents, as a result of which in areas of the most common dinosaurs (Gobi desert) became dry and less grass, and then in the separated part (West North America), the same thing led to the extinction of dinosaurs, appearance, widespread settlement, and later domination, of mammals on the entire land surface of the Earth.
Similarly, in the 19th and 20th centuries, under the influence of the scientific and technological revolution (NTR), favorable conditions were created for the spread of modern “dinosaurs”: cities, factories and plants, companies and enterprises for maximizing profits and their widespread distribution and domination of goods and market system.
But the operation of the scientific and technological revolution and the spread of the market system, where the rules of competition and the law of obtaining maximum profits apply, have led to a significant depletion of natural resources (like a decrease in the flora for dinosaurs) and damage to the environment. A global (natural, climatic, energy, economic and political) crisis has begun.
Therefore, the domination of modern dinosaurs must be stopped, otherwise all people with a favorable nature will die together with dinosaurs.
The barbarous use of nature should be replaced by an absolutely (or the maximum possible) harmless use of natural resources, complete closed and almost waste-free production, a radical improvement in the ecology of the earth and especially the seas and oceans, the transition from hydrocarbon to solar energy.
The widespread use of nuclear energy is dangerous. Then, nuclear power plants can be built not only in sparsely populated areas, but also limited. They can and should be built where power electricity is needed: electric smelting furnaces (in the production of steel, aluminum, copper and silicon, etc.).
There are many other types of alternative energy, hydrocarbon, but the main should be solar, because she is:
a) inexhaustible;
b) ecologically pure;
c) almost universal.
The main disadvantage of modern solar energy, as previously noted, is that its use requires huge
expensive support structures. To avoid this, it is necessary to use any available side structures for the processing of solar energy into electrical energy.
If all existing buildings and structures could process the solar energy falling on them, then it would be enough for 100% of non-power energy and a third – power, i.e. it would be enough for heating, cooling, light, etc. buildings, street lighting, etc. and half car vehicles (on electric batteries and trolleys).
The main disadvantage of direct (semiconductor – based on selenium and silicon semiconductors) solar energy in the high cost of semiconductor materials (selenium, silicon, etc.), because you need a lot of electricity to heat the ore during their smelting.
But this disadvantage can be eliminated if semiconductors are made of silicon, and its (sand) in nature is very much, and in mass order.
To do this, it is necessary to develop a project for direct, continuous, integrated and closed processing of sand into silicon and applying it to external elements of buildings and structures during their production.
To do this, in the deserts it is necessary to build plants for the processing of sand into silicon in large numbers, working on electricity and, moreover, on power electricity. For this, nuclear power stations should be built nearby.
And then you can not only get cheap pure silicon, but also a lot of secondary secondary products (metals, limestone, molusa, cement and other building materials) (see the diagram, Fig. 11).
If you do not make a comprehensive processing of desert sand, but only focus on obtaining pure silicon (Si), then, since silicon makes up only 10–20% of sand, there will be incredible waste and deserts will be ecologically 100% ecologically polluted.
But then all this material and structures must be transported all over the Earth.
The main part of the desert and sand is (passes) in North Africa, Arabia, Central Asia, the Gobi Desert and the Uigur Desert, i.e. about one parallel.
Obviously, along all these transcontinental deserts, it is necessary to build ultra high-speed automobile, and even better, railways with a speed of up to 1000 km / h.
Such railways can only be on a magnetic cushion, which require a large consumption of power electricity, i.e. built a number of nuclear power plants. But since these places are usually desert and near mountains, it is advisable to build them near non-seismic mountains and deserts.

What were the harsh climatic conditions on Earth, they are still better than on the Moon or Mars, because while there is the main thing: what to breathe, everything else will arrive, and the cost is a thousand times less than when mastering other planets.
Therefore, not mastering the Moon and Mars, but mastering the harsh regions of the Earth, should become the priority of mankind not only in the 21st century, but also in the 3rd millennium.
But modern energy and other firms in the conditions of fierce competition, when their efforts are focused only on competition, are not capable and do not have the means to introduce such technology.
On a full, economically advantageous scale, the countries in which these deserts are located are not capable of this, since their funds are also not enough, and the entire industrialized North is outside the zone of these deserts.
Therefore, an international association of countries around the world is needed to develop solar energy instead of hydrocarbon energy and in the interests of all countries, i.e. of all mankind.
And this means that we need completely different international relations: not aimed at harmonizing the interests of individual countries, but at creating common plans and projects in the interests of all countries of the Earth.
A striking example of the inefficiency of all modern economic and political systems on a global earthly scale is the failure to introduce major environmental inventions (inventions in the field of ecology).
So, back in 1980, the author of this book filed an application for obtaining an invention in the field of a new chimney of CHP, GRES and TC. (see fig. 10 and diagram 3)
The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the inventor proposed flue gases, the main harmful element of emissions of which is carbon monoxide (CO) and carbon dioxide (CO2), to pass gases through water and thereby cause “acid rain” not in the atmosphere. And if you make a forced flow of exhaust gases into the water, then the pipe will not be needed at all, and all carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide (see Diagram 3) can be turned into a useful product of labor.
Moreover, all the largest hydroelectric power stations on hydrocarbons in one pipe produce in large quantities an excess of hot steam from steam boilers of thermal electric generators, and in the other – waste (CO, CO2) from the combustion of hydrocarbons in furnaces.
If you forcibly combine these two pipes, you can not only completely get rid of harmful emissions, but also get additional products: carbonic acid, rare earth elements, etc.
And now, 25 years have passed, many other inventions of various authors appeared during this time, but not a single country of the former USSR, nor Russia, nor the countries of the West, including the United States, built a single such TPP, although such technology can even be attached for the existing CHP, not to mention the creation of new environmentally friendly clean CHP.
And for more than 35 years, all pipes of CHP and other boiler houses continue to emit “acid rain” (CO, CO2) in all countries of the world, which, when combined with water, form carbonic acid, slowly dissolving our lungs in acid, destroying everything living and destroying the ozone layer of the Earth, leading to an increase in the number of cancers and the death of climatic conditions favorable for all living things, including humans.
Many TPPs have transferred to gas, and boiler rooms to so-called environmentally friendly fuel, but all of them cannot solve the problem of carbon monoxide (CO) AND ESPECIALLY IN ICE OF HARMFUL ELEMENTS.
To change these conditions, a new, even tougher Kyoto agreement on gas emissions is needed. But even the old agreement, the main source of these harmful emissions of the United States (30%), has not yet been signed, since the industrial lobby, which is spewing these gases, in the country’s highest authorities, is against.
Thus, these “zealots” of democracy and human rights do not give us the main right: to breathe normal, clean air, leading all of humanity to a catastrophe, due to a couple percent of their profits.
So the ruling circles, and especially the United States, have shown their complete inability to manage economic and political processes for the benefit of man, and are hostages and servants of the ugly law of maximizing profits for large companies, clans, and cash aces.
Summarizing from all the above, we can say that the time has come for the deliberate extinction of dinosaurs: hydrocarbon cars, shopping centers and CHPs on hydrocarbons, archaic houses, roads and bridges, ugly giant companies, banks and funds, fierce competition, the law of maximizing profits, family and other clans, who gathered in their hands enormous wealth, lobbied parliaments, weapons of mass destruction, weapons of wars of the 20th century, power intervention in the internal affairs of other countries and regions, public and political The systems that protect these dinosaurs and the ideology that serves them. Instead, they should come more advanced, and most importantly, safer replacements for the future of humanity: an electric car operating directly or through solar energy batteries, instead of cars and buses with internal combustion engines, long-distance cars and trolley buses powered by solar energy roads of solar energy, instead of railways on diesel – electric and magnetic cushion, buildings, structures, roofs and walls processing solar energy, atoms many power stations only in the most remote and deserted special shift areas, diverse medium and large companies operating on the principle of minimum profit or without profit, a radical reduction in the influence of giant companies, banks, funds and clans in the economy of humanity.
Otherwise, it will happen by itself, but by a revolutionary method, coupled with the global crisis of humanity and its death, like the dinosaurs that had died in a very big but not fatal catastrophe.
If the “current dinosaurs” couldn’t implement the technology that saves humanity from the destruction of its atmosphere of life for 25 years, moreover, the US ruling circles refuse, in favor of their owners, to sign an agreement that takes the first step in this direction, it means that expect them to abandon hydrocarbon fuels and deadly thermal power plants, it is the same as waiting for tyrannosaurs, standing at the top of the food chain, to refuse from meat food and become vegetarians.
his should be done by new socio-political and economic-climatic conditions on Earth, which will drastically reduce the number of “dinosaurs”, in the name of preserving all the others and themselves.
The current situation is very similar to the situation 60 million years ago, when in general, due to small climate change, all (almost all) dinosaurs were killed, since there were a lot of them, they were gigantic, and they could not adapt to new conditions of life. What are modern giant dinosaurs doing now? They are trying to become even bigger without realizing that the larger the dinosaur, the “cutting grass” in larger spaces, the faster it goes towards its death, with the slightest decrease in the amount of this “green”.
There are a lot of them, dinosaurs, they have strength and power, and they think, like dinosaurs, that they will live and rule forever.
The Egyptian pharaohs thought that they were gods, but a slight cooling on Earth (2400 BC) reduced the melting of the ice of the African mountains that fed the Nile and its level fell, fell, and the area of the Gulf of this water decreased crop and their kingdom fell.

Modern dinosaurs also think so: that they are from God and chosen people, and that only they can and dare to command all over the world and that their power is eternal. But nothing lasts forever, especially under the sun.
The modern Tatar-Mongol yoke, American imperialism, i.e. Dollar-American expansion: oust a competitor from its market, and if it resists, destroy it by any means: make a coup in the country, buy certain figures, put its puppets at the head of the state, and even its dictators (as it was in Indonesia, the Philippines, Chile etc., as now – in Georgia, and practically everywhere) and together with them it is godless to rob the country’s resources, destroy the local competing industry, instead of developing local industry, urban and rural infrastructure, environmental protection to improve the living standards of the entire population, and not the wealth of its individual appointees. And most American puppets end up in the same way as Marcos and his family in the Philippines, Sukarto in Indonesia, executioner-general Pinochet, dictator Sadam Hussein in Iraq (a former United States protege in the fight against the Shiite state in Iran).
For example, Nigeria is among the ten largest countries in the world in oil production. But the economic system established by the West makes it possible to profit from oil production only for a group of people. The rest of the population of 30-50 dollars per month, which led to a terrifying contrast: most of the population lives in absolute poverty, with fabulous incomes of local and western companies.
But now the threat is not to some dinosaurs, nor to any nation, people or state, or even just to man, but to all living things on Earth. Therefore, dinosaurs must die in order to transmit life to others. And in this
they need help. In the name of man himself and all life on earth.
Instead of (after Hiroshima and Nagasaki), in order to lead the matter of banning nuclear weapons and concluding a treaty within the anti-Hitler coalition, the Western rulers, led by Winston Churchill, headed for an arms race and the destruction of the USSR. So from anti-fascists, the ruling circles of the United States and England turned into pure fascists. And the further course of events showed that it was not the bombing of Vietnam and a nuclear strike on the USSR, but a small democracy changed them and launched Western capital into these countries and only the explosion of the first nuclear bomb in the USSR in October 1949 prevented the planned US nuclear attack on the USSR in November 1949 Stalin learned about these plans, and he, too, headed for the nuclear destruction of the West, and with it began new repressions of Stalin in the USSR.
Thus, the indirect perpetrators of the repression of Stalin for the creation of cheap labor were always the West, which imposed an arms race on the USSR: in 1937, West was squeezing Hitler on the USSR attack, and Churchill was sketching in 1949.
They mutated from ordinary rulers, or rather new mutants (crazy people) came to power and became fascists, who believed they had the right to use such weapons and the first years of their monopoly and superiority they tried to use it many times and then unleashed a nuclear missile a race that almost led to the death of humanity in 1962. And the dumping of atomic bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki showed that the banner of fascism from the hands of Hitler passed into new hands, which showed the further course of events: US intervention in the internal affairs of Korea and Vietnam and their barbaric bombing, the bombing of Yugoslavia, the war in Iraq.
There was not a single internal or international conflict in the world after the Second World War, as the United States became the owner of the largest nuclear weapons, so that the reason for this was not the intervention of the United States or their puppet on the ground. And now they are intensively arming Georgia and a big fire of war in the Caucasus is not far off.
The US not only sent its nuclear missile forces to all points of the globe, but also enveloped the entire globe with its missiles and military bases, submarines and aircraft carriers, forcing other countries to retaliate.
At the same time, the US rulers used in foreign policy methods similar to the methods of fascist Germany: they talked about “living space for the Germans”, these – about “vital economic interests for the US” anywhere in the world (though now they have added it with demagogic slogans ” about the violation of human rights and freedoms and democracy; about the threat to the United States from the “moskek”), they talked about the “initial harm of the Jews” and other “underdeveloped peoples”, these – about the “initial harm of the communists, Marxists and any socialists”, those used the pretext for the attack “on the threat to Germany”, these – on the threat to the United States (meaning the United States and Israel, apparently considering it as their 51 state).
For an attack on another country, they used deliberately false information and that there might be weapons of mass destruction in Iraq in the future, although it is not clear why the United States and Israel may have them, and other countries (Iran, DPRK) do not even dare think about it, thus becoming not a world leader who would do everything so that there were no conflicts, but a world gendarme to establish “his own order” instead of “the German order of Hitler”: democracy and freedom, i.e. freedom to exploit and rob any country.
The total persecution and extermination of people, parties and countries of leftist views and courses arranged by the USA after the Second World War is similar to Hitler’s total persecution of Jews and speaks of their sadistic nature, like fascism and Stalinism, which all problems of ideology and other views solved by force.
The Hitler and Stalin regime applied the principle “to arrest upon entry into the country, the USA and Western Europe – to deny the right to enter the country”, i.e. the same thing only in a veiled form.
And if all the post-war expenditures were spent on greening the Sahara ($ 100 billion a year), then a third of this desert would turn into forests and gardens, and if all the military expenditures of all countries (about 0.5 trillion dollars a year ) were aimed at greening the Sahara, then in 50 years all of North Africa would have turned into a flowering garden and forest.
But we have the opposite. Such is the course of the ugly development of the scientific and technological revolution in the 20-21 centuries and the market system. And it is a pity that stupidity, greed and deformity, i.e. The mutantism of the ruling circles does not change over the years or even centuries.

a) Changes in the political system
The dialectic of development and the essence of an effective political system
The overwhelming majority of countries, political systems, parties and leaders recognize freedom of conscience, although most of them – only on paper, in practice, as a rule, in no country is this freedom real (count in lecture No. 1) and in most countries they actually always support one kind of religion and ideology.
This is so because in their practice the ruling class makes it easier to rely on one part of the population, which constitutes the majority and sometimes a minority.
But so far there are so many countries, political systems and politicians who use religion to divide people and rule over them.
This is largely the fault of the clerics themselves. After all, what’s the difference; who brought the word of God and teaching: Moses, Buddha, Jesus or Mohammed. Therefore, the creation of a religious International, reconciliation and forgiveness of all the concessions of each other is central to the peace and tranquility of the people.
In the same way, a person has the right to be a pagan or an atheist. This is his personal ideological right and the essence of it. In practice, some concessions oppress others with the help of the state or with the help of a specific brainwashing policy for the majority.
Therefore, there is no doubt that one of the main democratic principles should be the separation of religion and ideology from school, children and the state. Unfortunately, in most countries it is only written down, but in fact is not respected. In some, it is not even written or recognized.
Even more difficult situation with freedom of speech and ideology. Just as a person has the right to a normal life, just as well, he has the right to express his opinion. In practice, even “so-called democratic countries” do not observe this and recognize only their own (bourgeois) ideology, in which the main thing is freedom for big business to get maximum profit.
For example, the famous athlete-chess player Bobby Fischer was deprived of citizenship and punished for 10 years in prison just because he expressed his opinion on the essence of the US ruling circles.
But as a person can not be deprived of life, so it can not be deprived of citizenship and parenthood. The right to citizenship, like the right to life, is an integral part of human rights.
The man himself does not choose life and parents, Homeland – his parents give birth, in a place independent of him. Therefore, depriving a person of citizenship, i.e. The ban on living in his homeland where he was born is one of the most flagrant violations of human rights, especially in the United States.
If for no reason you deprived the homeland of such an outstanding US citizen, the only US citizen, world champion, and the only person who for 50 years became a world champion as a non-USSR citizen, then what to talk about a simple US citizen: he is completely defenseless the powers that be.
Therefore, one of the UN decisions should be about the impossibility (prohibition) of depriving a person of citizenship, and parents – parental rights, and introducing this project into basic (fundamental) human rights.
The result of human development is the totality of the activities of all its components: every person, locality, class, region, country, party, etc.
That is, if we imagine humanity in the form of a circle, then the resultant of all forces is the movement of humanity.

If any one of the forces (some economic interests alone) prevails, the society will move away from the line of progress and the progressive line of progress will move a smaller distance or the progress will stop, or it may move backwards.

Thus, if there are right-wing forces in the economic process, then there must be leftists, if there are conservatives, then there must be progressives, etc. etc. Only in this case it is possible to work out the right decision that satisfies the main economic interests of the economic agencies of the economic process.
For this, in any society, in any country, in any class, etc. everyone should be able to get a free “minimum” of education, a living wage, medical care and safety and really be involved in solving all problems.
The UN must introduce minimum standards for democracy:
– all public political and state bodies should be elected
– The maximum share of the total budget (at least 50%) should be directed to the local council: improvement, the minimum subsistence level, minimum education, medical care, the rest: 25% to the provincial budget and only 25% to the central one. Now, in any country, everything is the opposite and all central authorities of any country have too much money in their hands, therefore they always pursue a policy in their own interests.
For example, in Spain, the province of Catalonia is fighting for recognition of its other nation and national autonomy, and in the field of economics it requires 40% to be left and taxes in its own province, but the central government, especially Parliament, is totally against it. But not 40%, but 70–80% of taxes should remain not only in autonomous, but also in the territorial province of any country, and this is not the case in any other country. This means that in no country is there true democracy, true freedom and free development: the central authorities have always developed the capital, while the provincial authorities have always developed the center of the province, the others have self-educated.
Necessary minimum norms for democracy in elections:
– elections can be considered valid if at least half of the registered population has arrived, since This item is completely violated in any country of the world.
– votes against are also considered and in the case of receiving them in the greatest number, then all candidates and parties retire and skip the next re-election,
– the winner is the one who received the most votes, but not less than 50% + 1 vote,
– at least one of the leaders of the state should be elected at the elections of the entire population by direct vote,
– at least one of the organs or heads of any level should be elected by direct universal suffrage of the respective electorate,
– no one can apply force to a person, society, party, state without the sanction of the relevant authorities (prosecutor, parliament, judge, UN),
– total total direct election of judges of all levels for a period not exceeding 2-3 years,
– no restrictions for candidates, including in the form of collecting signatures, which requires money (cancellation of the collection of signatures when registering candidates),
– election (50 x 50%) of parties and individuals,
– ban on financial assistance from outside the elections.
To implement all these principles, we need a radical improvement in the work of the UN and other
international organizations.
Adoption of the common common basic provisions (standards) of the foundations of democracy and human rights of the United Nations and their observance by all countries should save the world community from imposing US and EU homegrown standards, which are really aimed at increasing their influence, not at democracy.
Such conditions are ideal and are aimed at respecting the interests of all people, settlements, cities, provinces, etc. and according to this, the ruling parties and classes will stubbornly resist such principles, because half of them are not observed in any country.
b) Radical improvement of the work of the UN and other world organizations and the creation of a better world economic and political order.
Obviously, the global problems of the world community require a single center to solve them. This center, of course, should be the UN, but on a new basis.
Now the UN crisis has come, because the bureaucratic and financial rulers of individual countries are not able to renew the UN and solve world problems. Moreover, the rulers of the United States strive for the complete subordination of the UN to the interests of the aggressive world gendarme. Moreover, in the United States itself, the supreme power, first and foremost, of the president was used only to solve their personal, family and clan problems. There is already a precedent. For the first time in the history of this country, the President came to power, who only solves his personal and family problems, even to the detriment of the interests of the country. There was no such frank and arrogant use by Bush of his position to address personal interests in the entire history of the United States.
It is necessary that an executive government be created at the UN, which, like in any country, solves the specific economic and economic problems facing the world community.
The supreme body of such a Government should be the Council of Heads of Government of all countries, making decisions on the principle: at least 70% of the heads of government of all UN member countries should be present (decide) by a simple majority.
Heads of State approve general charters and declarations. Security Council is canceled because All UN members should be equal and decisions are taken as well as in the Council of Governments.
But in order for all these bureaucrats not to bureaucratize, the UN needs a Parliament. And candidates for elections should be only from people, without parties. As in the countries, it is necessary to abolish the signature collection system during these elections, which is essentially a monetary limit for candidates.
In addition, it is necessary to cancel in these elections not only lists from parties, but also from the state system, otherwise again the same bureaucrats will come to Parliament. A person working in the UN or participating in its work (Council or Assembly), working in government bodies of any country, at least 5 years ago, also does not have the right to stand and be elected to the UN Parliament.
All state, including UN workers, and municipal employees and deputies are not eligible to stand and be elected.
It is even better that all party citizens also do not have this right. Non-partisan experience – at least 5 years.
Letters of any citizen to the UN must have the status of a pouch bag and cannot be opened by anyone.
All international organizations, with their consent, are under UN jurisdiction.
The decision of all the highest bodies of the UN is a law for all countries, parties and citizens. For non-compliance – UN sanctions.
The highest UN body is the UN Parliament, which can consider any issues and decisions that are binding on all. Voting is only private. Deputies of the UN Parliament do not receive a salary, but only travel allowances to carry out their activities.
Elections to Parliament should be made from each of the largest administrative regions of the country for the representation of 1 person from about 10 million citizens of this region.
Those countries whose population is less than 20 million people nominate two deputies from their country. Both in the regions and in the countries, the right to nominate should be primarily the national and autonomous indigenous minorities, and in the first place not having autonomy or their statehood in other countries, since the main or titular population will be represented in other UN bodies by heads of state and government.

In Patagonia, warmer dramatically, and from South America you can swim to the Antarctic Peninsula and climb the forest tundra to Mount Jackson in Antarctica, the Brazilian desert bloom, and the northern coast of the Gulf of Mexico will become the water jungle.
Such large climatic changes will occur if the axis of the Earth moves or tilts only a thousand kilometers. Therefore, the greater the specialization of the regions of the earth in the global division of agricultural production, the more devastating the climatic changes. For this, it is necessary that the world community always counteracts by narrow specialization and promotes unprofitable production, including industrial production.
And in Australia and Indonesia will become colder, as the South Pole will approach Australia.
Half of Antarctica will depart from the ice, which will melt and raise the level of the ocean by another couple of meters. Almost all the coastal cities on Earth will disappear. Half of the Americas, the Sahara will flood. In the event of a warming on the Earth or a change in the axis of rotation there was less melting of the ice, it was necessary to transfer most of them to the desert and detain them there in the newly created forests.
